Two decades across cybersecurity, solution architecture, and business development in APJ. Currently focused on making early warning and incident notification accessible to organizations of every size.
I'm Regional Director, APJ at Arctic Security, where I work on national situational awareness, early warning systems, and CSIRT capacity building. Before that, I built and scaled security services across Japan and the wider region, and spent years in cybersecurity solution architecture, consulting, and business development.
I hold CISSP and PMP certifications, and I've spoken at GovWare Singapore, the Philippine National CERT Conference (CERTCON), and the FIRST Regional Symposium for Central Asia on early warning and CSIRT capacity building.
I'm as comfortable in technical depth as I am presenting to boards and regulators. My focus is on making complex cybersecurity concepts practical and actionable for both technical teams and non-technical decision-makers.

I take on a small number of advisory engagements each year — typically with government agencies, national CERTs/CSIRTs, regulators, and critical infrastructure operators who are building or scaling early warning and threat intelligence capabilities.
If you're working on something in this space and think an outside practitioner perspective would help, get in touch. I'm also open to research collaborations, tool co-development, and speaking engagements where I can share what I've learned.
Current focus areas: early warning system design, CTI operationalization, CSIRT capacity building, and AI agents for cyber operations.
